     Throughout almost three years, HEPCo BoD has succeeded in turning the newly corporatized utility into the second biggest and successful distribution utility on the level of service quality and network efficiency in the West Bank.

     Despite of this rapid growth and progress, we do not feel contented yet, and we still have a lot to offer. We never accept that the quality of Electric Supply Service in Hebron be below the level of the same services provided in the world's most modernized cities.
