        It is a great pleasure for HEPCO’s management and for me to present this site for Hebron Electric Co. LTD (HEPCO), the second biggest electricity distribution company in the West Bank, hoping that through this site we can serve all customers and continue keeping open channels with every support to local society in all aspects such as the domestic industrial, governmental, and commercial activities raising the flag of “We are servants to our customers, honestly committed to our suppliers and friends to our neighbors”.

        Electricity is the milestone in the current commercial and telecommunication revolution wheel, and the measures of economic development and prosperity.

       Flow of electricity does not stop at borders, and no one can deny that the industry of electricity achieved prosperity to mankind; therefore, we shall build up this new delivery (HEPCO) on solid foundation and bases, and give HEPCO the honor of sharing the building of the prosper  future
