Hebron Electricity is installing energy-saving lighting in various streets and areas in Hebron, in order to create an aesthetic image and improve the visibility of the city by installing decorative lighting units and modern columns of aesthetic nature.

Where the crews of Hebron electricity installed new lighting and replace the old one, by lighting the first section of the street Khallet Hador - Diwan Al-Ja'bari, after the completion of the crews of Hebron Municipality rehabilitation and paving the street in question, where the lighting was changed completely and the addition of 45 units LED " With a capacity of 100 watts, instead of 13 old lighting units. The lighting of the area will be completed in the coming period with the completion of the works. The estimated cost of these works is approximately 35 thousand shekels, which is the electricity of Hebron.

For his part, Eng. Abdel Raouf El-Sheikh, Director General of Hebron Electricity, said that efforts are continuing to develop the electrical system in the Hebron electricity area, to maintain the continuity of electricity supply, in addition to efforts in the use of energy-saving lighting types in lighting the streets and maintaining its aesthetic scenery. These efforts are based on the directives of the Mayor of Hebron. Taysir Abu Sneineh and the members of the Municipal Council in strengthening and developing the capacity of Hebron Electricity.
