As part of HEPCo mission to provide the best services to customers, the company's General Manager, Eng. Abdul Raof El-Sheikh, discussed the subject of Information Management Systems (MIS) with World Bank consultants and Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority representative, in addition to engineers and computer personnel from HEPCo. MIS is part of the World Bank Project of 'The Electricity Sector Performance Improvement Project' (ESPIP).

Eng. El-Sheikh welcomed the delegation and gave a brief presentation on HEPCo's various services and achievements, stressing its constant efforts to develop all systems and keep up with the latest technology trends.

Eng. El-Sheikh stressed the importance of this meeting, pointing out the keenness of HEPCo to cooperate with all concerned parties in order to develop the services, which is main objective for Mayor of Hebron, Mr. Taysir A Sneneih.

Moreover, the Information Technology Section has presented on HEPCo systems: their strengths, weaknesses, and requirements for development.

They also discussed ways of developing systems to overcome the shortcomings in the field of IT and Smart Systems in HEPCo, especially those related to billing, procurement and customer services.

After that, the delegation visited HEPCo Data Center and Servers' Room.
