The Director General of Hebron Electricity, Eng. Abdul Raouf Al-Sheikh, received a delegation from the European Investment Bank, in addition to a delegation representing the South Electricity Company, after the group's field visit to the location of the electricity conversion station project in Tarqumiya area. .

In turn, Al-Shaikh welcomed the delegation and gave a brief presentation on the various activities offered by Hebron Electricity, especially the problems related to the distribution of electricity in the Hebron electricity area.

For his part, the engineers of the South Electricity Company introduced their operating systems, and the outstanding problems, the most prominent of which was the rise of electric load in the areas of electricity South from the capacity supplied by the Qatari and the Israeli power outages.

It is worth mentioning that the objective of the meeting is to study the terms of reference established by the Bank and to present them to the distribution companies, to develop projects for their subsequent financing to develop and strengthen the distribution systems in companies and work to raise the capacity, efficiency and training.
